CONVOCATION
1. GENERAL
1.1 Presentations of technical works in oral or poster form will be accepted.
1.2 The author should register his work directly in it this website:
http://pumas.iingen.unam.mx/ocs/index.php/ciisa_aidis/2010
1.3 Upon recording a work, the author authorizes AIDIS to publish its technical work in digital, printed publication through Internet, CD-ROM, in institutional documents, or in any other modality.
1.4 The technical works should be original (national and internationally unpublished) and they should signify a contribution to knowledge development in environmental and sanitary sector of engineering, in different themes contemplated in the present convocatory and specified further on.
1.5 Will not be considered works that only consist on reviewing on technical literature. Will not be accepted reports, translations, neither works that constitute commercial promotion of any mark, product, professional services or businesses. The products or services presentations should be submitted directly to the Commercial Direction of the Exposition, to evaluate their possible presentation in a room destined for Businesses.
1.6 It is allowed for the author present more than one work.
1.7 AIDIS will not support any costs of the author or business
1.8 The Anal of the XXXII Congress will be delivered to the assistants formally recorded in a CD that will contain all the works programmed for its presentation in oral form, as well as the works approved in the modality of poster.
1.9 Once a work have been accepted for oral presentation or poster, is necessary to fill out and to sign the Format for work accepted inscription (click to download F2 form), where the commitment is established that at least one of the authors will attend the congress with full inscription; and to send it in simultaneous with the technical work in extensive. In case of not comply with this requirement, the work will be withdrawing of the technical program and will not appear at the Anal of the XXXII Congress.
